Simple launch policy
MeterMentor is built to give Texas electricity customers a clearer, independent plan comparison. If something goes wrong with your paid access pass or the analysis does not run as expected, contact us and we will review it fairly.
When refunds may be approved
- You paid for access but could not use the service because of a MeterMentor technical issue.
- The analysis failed or produced an obviously unusable result and we could not resolve it.
- You were charged incorrectly or purchased duplicate access by mistake.
When refunds may not apply
- Plan prices, provider availability, or market terms changed after your analysis.
- You chose not to switch plans after receiving a completed analysis.
- Your uploaded data or contract details were inaccurate or incomplete.
How to request help
Email support@metermentor.com with the email used for your account and a brief description of what happened. We will troubleshoot first when possible and escalate refund decisions for review.
Important note
MeterMentor provides informational analysis, not a guarantee of savings or future billing outcomes. Actual bills can vary because of usage, taxes, fees, provider changes, and plan terms.
